In the last few years, wellness has become a highly dominant lifestyle value that is profoundly changing our behavior and changing the fitness and nutrition world. As we incorporate more wellness values into our daily lifestyles and become more intentional, integrative, and holistic, there is a renewed need for simple knowledge and education.
I originally discovered the fundamental health strategies because I had to LIVE through them. I searched endlessly for answers to a healthier and happier life, and I wish there had been something like this for me when I needed it!
